Depend on the stock, the pickup time may be different. We will contact you after the order is ready. Please provide correct email or mobile no. for the use of contact.

一般需要額外2-3星期時間。會因運輸情況有所改變。我們會盡快處理你的訂單。
The shipment may take extra 2-3 weeks. We will fulfill the shipment as soon as possible.

Orders with pre-order items are charged the full amount at the time the order is placed.

如訂單中同時有現貨和預訂貨品，訂單會等齊所有貨品才會一起送出。如要現貨先行出送，請分開訂單。
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will be held until all pre-order games can be shipped. If you wish to have your in-stock items shipped immediately, separate orders will have to be placed.

小店並未提供退貨服務。如發現貨品有任何問題，請於購買後7日內與我們聯絡以作跟進，或聯絡出版商領回補件，小店並沒有補件提供。如遇上問題歡迎向小店查詢，我們願意提供協助。
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. If the game has a missing component, the publisher will need to be contacted to get replacements. We do not have replacements for individual game pieces. If you have any problems contacting the publisher please contact us and we will help you with it.

訂單有可能因缺貨或其他原因被取消，小店會與你聯絡及安排將相關款項退還。
If the products are out of stock, we will contact you directly and purchase amount will be refunded.
